Job Description :

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Cold calling & Doing Email Campaigning.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Having Technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies / open-source technologies, web designing and mobile apps.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate in any stream with Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in Handling the clients & Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive in IT Recruitment sector for minimum 2 years of strong experience.
  • Proven sales track record who worked on getting staffing projects & sales.
  • Having Good Email Drafting skills with Market knowledge.
  • Ability to generate new sales leads through online marketing and forecasting sales revenue.
