The US IT Recruitment Manager / Team Lead will manage multiple Team Leads / Recruiters representing Information Technology. This position is responsible for growing Organization revenue, gross profit and contribution

Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication skills. Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.

  • Must have at least 0.6+ years of relevant experience in to IT Recruitment.
  • Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies
  • Experience working on Engineering & Machine's Manufacturing Industry such as L&T
  • Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
  • Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants.
  • Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate
  • Experience using recruiting portals like Tec fetch, Dice, Prohires, Monster, Career builder, Ladders, Indeed and Social recruiting sites such as LinkedIn, etc.
  • Identify qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources – available employee consultants, resume database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors, etc.
  • Conduct preliminary interview to assess communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
  • Must have good network with vendors for consultant database.
  • Develop and maintain close relationship with client/ hiring/ delivery managers
  • Gather feedback and continuous follow ups (Calls/ emails) with Client/ Hiring managers
  • Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shifts.
  • Should have the zeal to learn & grow abiding with organizational objectives

Job Title: Team Lead – Bench Sales / Bench Marketing

The US IT Bench Sales / Bench Marketing Manager (or) Team Lead will manage multiple Team Leads / Recruiters representing Information Technology. This position is responsible for growing Organization revenue, gross profit and contribution.
  • Excellent communication skills. Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
  • Should have excellent knowledge & understanding on complete life cycle of the Bench Sales / Bench Marketing
  • Must be able to Train the team / resources to effectively market the Bench Consultants & get the placements in shortest time possible
  • Should be able to handle a team
  • Must be very good at marketing the bench resources ensuring minimum or no candidate remains on bench, engaging the Bench resource to ensure proper positioning for upcoming requirements and ensure better selection rate.
  • Hands on experience in end to end Bench Sales process across various IT Technologies such as technologies like Project Manager, QA, Java, DotNet, SharePoint, PHP, Business Analyst, B.I., Micro Strategy, C/C++, Informatica, Mainframes, AS/400, FileNet, Salesforce.com, Pega, Network/ Windows Admin, Oracle Apps / DBA, MS SQL Developer / DBA, PeopleSoft, SAP & so on
  • Expert level experience in Marketing OPT/CPT, Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
  • Experience using portals like Techfetch, Dice, Prohires, Monster, Indeed, Ladders, & Social Networking such as Google Groups, LinkedIn, etc..
  • Identify suitable technical openings utilizing various sources – Vendor Database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors, etc.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis to understand communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
  • Must have good network with Tier-1 Vendors, Prime vendors and Implementation partners
  • Must have good knowledge & database of Tier-1 Vendors, Prime vendors and Implementation partners.
  • Develop and maintain close relationship with Tier-1 Vendors, Prime vendors and Implementation partners.
  • Gather feedback & continuous follow ups (Calls/ emails) with Vendor after the profile Submissions
  • Willing to work as per US Central Standard Timings
  • Should have the zeal to learn & grow abiding with organizational objectives.

Job Title: Junior Recruiter
Experience: 0 to 0.6 years
Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
